What products are available at Emporio Organico?
At Emporio Organico we sell almost 5,000 Organic and Eco Luxury products. Our range includes nutrient dense foods, household cleaning products, beauty products, cosmetics, nickel free jewellery and nutritional supplements to luxury gifts plus lots more. Many of the brands are exclusive to Emporio Organico and are not available anywhere else in Australia or New Zealand.

What is Emporio Organico’s policy on ingredients?
Firstly any product we sell in store or online has been handpicked and curated by founder Kitsa Yanniotis and her policy is very simple – Kitsa will not sell anything she wouldn’t use herself or for her family. Where possible our products are 100% organic or when this is not possible we clearly specify this. Ingredients must be 100% natural and free from artificial colours and synthetic fragrances, parabens, phenoxyethanol, sodium laureth/lauryl sulphate, formaldehyde, mineral oils, petroleum, propylene glycol and other nasties. Again in the very rare case that there is an artificial ingredient this will be very transparent in the description.
Emporio Organico also only choose to sell products that are environmentally conscious and that are against animal testing.
The other key factor is all our products must perform to their description. Kitsa has sourced and trialled thousands of products to select the very best performing products. We don’t believe in offering many products in one category, but rather choose a select few we really believe in, to help you make a very simple but informed decision.

We want your online experience to be as personal as possible and would be delighted to answer any questions you have about our product range or help steer you to a suitable product given your specific needs. Please contact us with any enquiries. Emails will be responded to within 24 hours.
What are your shipping costs?
We offer a variety of shipping options available at checkout. Please see our Website Terms & Conditions for more information.
What method do you use to ship your online orders and how long does it take?
We use the Temando system and if all items are in stock it takes from 1-2 days and up to 14 days depending on your location and your choice of shipping company. There is also an option to pay a premium for a guaranteed next day delivery.
We ship Monday - Thursday only so if you place your order after 1pm on a Thursday it will not leave our warehouse until the following Monday. Similarly if you require same day shipping please place your order before 1pm.
What is your return policy?
We want all our customers to be happy and satisfied when shopping with us online. If for any reason you are not happy with your order please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy in our Website Terms & Conditions and notify us within 12 days of purchase to arrange its return. The product must be unopened and with original packaging intact.

What if an item is faulty or damaged in transit?
If on the rare occasion a product is faulty or damaged please email us on email@example.com and we will arrange a prompt replacement of the product for you.
What if an item is missing from my order?
In the unlikely event that an item is missing from your order please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we’ll send you a replacement straight away.
