Good Fat Mayo is Australia's first mayonnaise made with olive oil and no industrial seed oils. This mayo is made with good fats from olive oil and free range whole eggs, combined with apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, mustard powder, salt and rosemary extract to create a rich and creamy texture that is delicious!
It has no sugar, gluten, dairy or thickeners. Also no artificial colours, preservatives or additives and of course no cheap and unhealthy vegetable oils.
Commercially produced mayonnaise products contain cheap and nasty industrial seed oils, usually in the form of canola oil or sunflower oil. Vegetable oils are high in omega-6 polyunsaturated fats that are highly unstable and when they come into contact with oxygen, heat and light, toxic chemicals called free radicals are formed. Animal fats and oils made from fruit (such as olives) do not have this issue, which is what makes the Good Fat Mayo so good!
