SOMA extra virgin olive oil is a blend of three high quality Italian varieties in a single grove. Grown at 900m above sea level in the pristine clean environment of the Central Tablelands of NSW the quality and flavour of the oil is second to none and is one of Australia's finest examples.
Olives are picked and crushed within 24 hours with care taken to minimise bruising ensuring the lowest acidity.
Most importantly, first pressing and the cold pressing process combine to maintain that only the highest quality of the crush is produced and bottled.
