Rich in flavour, these are beautiful thrown into salads (especially with figs and ricotta!), or baked goods, or grind up in a food processor to make a gluten-free nut meal for baking or a smooth hazelnut butter (especially when teamed with raw cacao powder, maple syrup and coconut oil- think 'Hazeltella').
